Howdy. I'm just your not-so-average Texas gal. I adore cinema. I love learning and researching various facts about film: Who directed this, who starred in that, who won that freaking Oscar again?! It's great fun. Drama is my preferred genre, but other genres are welcomed every now and then. Shoot-em-up/political thrillers, I-didn't-get-that mind benders, guy-falls-in-love-with-gal-but-then-dies romantic tragedies/dramas. You get the picture. Just do NOT shove a comedy or romantic comedy in my face. I'll bite your hand off with the DVD still in it.

I also like: high heels, red lipstick, film scores, vintage hats, watermelon sorbet, winter nights, nice cameras, Lamborghini Murcielagos, Greek islands, Google maps, my DVD collection, unabridged dictionaries, and British accents.
